Vitalij Arsenij Muntjan was born in Moldova in 1953. He recived his musical education at the Gnesinjin Institute for Music and Pedagogy in the class of F.R. Lips, where he also obtained Madegree. He has toured extensively through Europe and America and has often been awarded at international competitions. Since 1991 he has been living and woeking in Pula,Croatia where he teaches at the Facolty of Pedagogy.Activity of V.A. Muntjan Pedagogy
